I have a huge soft spot for big, tropical, family resorts. Outrigger Beach Fiji fit this motif perfectly - the grounds were big and expansive and we had so much fun just exploring them.

The South Pacific has been at the top of both of our Dream Travel Lists for as long as I can remember, but Fiji always seemed so distant, so exotic, so wild and untouchable. The Shangri-La showed us that Fiji truly was the tropical playground we had been dreaming of.
